Delete Your Account

How to delete your account:

Open the TownBite app on your phone
Go to your Profile (tap the profile icon)
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
Confirm deletion
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted

What gets deleted:

Your profile (name, email, phone number)
Your order history
Your saved addresses
Your ratings and reviews
Your push notification tokens

What is retained for legal/business purposes (up to 90 days):

Transaction records (anonymized)

Can't access the app?

Email us at support@townbite.app with the subject "Delete My Account" and we'll process your request within 48 hours.
